What is Stacken.ai?

A secure AI platform built on open source. It can run on-prem or in the EU cloud and gives you access to both public and private AI models — with full control over data.

Why Choose Stacken.ai?

You get control over data, avoid expensive per-user licenses and can customize the platform to your needs. The platform is built in line with ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act.

What features exist?

AI assistants, SSO/Keycloak, RAG, web search, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, API integrations, logging, traceability, and support for private AI language models.

What packages are available?

How quickly can we get started?

An entry-level installation takes about 1—2 weeks including onboarding, training and SSO set up.

How are our data and logs managed in Stacken.ai?

All data stays in your chosen infrastructure (on-prem or EU cloud). The platform offers full logging, audit trail and traceability to meet transparency and compliance requirements.

Can we integrate Stacken.ai with our existing systems (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Intranets)?

Yes. The platform features API endpoints and an integration framework, allowing you to connect AI to your existing systems and workflows.

How does user management and security work?

Stacken.ai uses Keycloak for identity and access management (IAM). This means that you get SSO, role-based access and centralized permission management.

How can we monitor the usefulness of the platform?

With built-in logging and metrics, you can measure adoption, number of users and token consumption. We also offer workshops to identify ROI and new use cases.

Can we start small and grow later?

Yes. Many customers start with Base (20 users) to test and evaluate. You can then upgrade to Plus or Enterprise as the need increases, without losing data or functionality.

Does it take a lot of IT resources in-house to operate Stacken.ai?

The No. We can deliver both as an operating service or as an on-prem installation. In both cases, you get support for installation, updates and support.

What differentiates you from just buying a ChatGPT Enterprise license?

With Stacken.ai, you get control over your data, flexibility to choose a model (also local), the possibility of integrations with your systems and lower cost per user when deployed widely.

Can we build our own AI agents in the platform?

Yes. Stacken.ai supports creating and configuring AI agents that can perform specific tasks, integrate with your systems, and automate processes.

What skills do our employees need to start using Stacken.ai?

Users do not need any technical skills, the interface is as simple as a regular chat. For in-house agent development, we offer hourly development, training, AI coaching and documentation.

How do you ensure that we are ready for AI regulation (AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001)?

We build the platform in line with ISO/IEC 42001 and provide logging,
risk management and documentation to support your compliance process.

Can you choose which models you want in the Stack? Will there be extra cost for different models?

Our customers can choose to add any AI model they want. We usually recommend that you have between 3-5 models that you start by evaluating. It costs nothing extra to add another model.

How do you relate to the environmental aspect of AI, that it draws so much energy?

Some models are more energy efficient than others. Therefore, it is smart to make demands on suppliers and enlist the help of experts to choose the right one. Our Hub gives customers the freedom to choose a model from that perspective as well.

And just as important: use AI where it does real good. Wasting unnecessary prompts (like Google's AI summaries in search) rarely becomes valuable. Work demand-driven — implement AI where it makes the most impact. The environmental aspect is a bonus, but for us it is already part of the way we work.

What image and video tools can be included in the Stack?

In the Stack, you can use any image model you want, which has an API. For example, Flux, Ideogram or GPT5's latest embedded image model.

Does Transcription Work in the Stack?

We have developed our own module called Meeting Bot that you can use to record meetings. These are then put into a knowledge catalog and transcribed.

What support do you get if you buy Stacken?

You can choose how much support you want to purchase each month. We recommend starting with 8h/month, for advice and technical support.
